How do I get a Dealer’s Booth?

First, review the layout of available booths. Email any questions to: dealers@godaikocon.com. You will have one week to submit your payment via PayPal before your spots open up to other vendors. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITHOUT SENDING YOUR E-MAIL FIRST AND GETTING CONFIRMATION FROM VENDOR RELATIONS FIRST.

How much does a booth cost?

A standard booth starts at $300, see more details in the contract.

If it is necessary for you to cancel, the following schedule will be used for refunds:

  • Cancellations more than 6 months from the convention, full refund.
  • Cancellations between 3-6 months from the convention, 75%.
  • Cancellations between 1-3 months from the convention, 50%.
  • No refunds if cancelled less than 30 days from the convention.

How big are the booths?

Each booth is 10 feet by 10 feet.

What comes with each booth?

1 table (roughly 6 feet) and 2 chairs. Additional tables and chairs can be purchased at the show. You will also get 2 Vendor badges with the first booth and 1 additional badge per extra booth purchased.

Can I sell X, Y or Z?

Please look over the contract, which has a detailed list of what’s approved merchandise.

11:59 PM Dealers Room Closed

Friday:

9:00 AM Dealers Room Set-Up

3:00 PM Dealers Room opens for general attendees

8:00 PM Dealers Room Closes

Saturday:

9:00 AM Dealers Room Set-Up

9:30 AM Dealers Room Opens for VIPs

10:00 AM Dealers Room Opens for general attendees

6:00 PM Dealers Room Closes

Sunday:

9:00 AM Dealers Room Set-Up

9:30 AM Dealers Room Opens for VIPs
